Basic Party Info – :Some of this is boring legal stuff, some of it is fun details…; either way, it’s all stuff that will make your party the best time you can possibly have with us!Parties with a minimum of four people receive 20% off all services booked during the party.The time your party is scheduled will be your exclusive time in the shop. You choose the music, you choose the refreshments, and we treat you and your guests to a rock star experience.Kashmir is set up to service up to 4 pedicures or 4 manicures at one time. We currently have one aesthetician so skin care and waxing services are available at the same time. Date, time and technician availability must be considered in the party planning.Kashmir is also available for rent on an hourly basis – no services – at $75/hour. Availability is limited to times when the spa is not open for business.Custom gift bags (nail polish, lotions, etc) and/or gift certificates (in any denomination) are available for purchase as party favors.It is best to schedule parties at least 4 weeks in advance.Parties must be fully prepaid, including 18% gratuity and a 5% service charge – on ONE credit card – within 3 days of the party date.The party date, time or any of the party services cannot be changed once you have pre-paid for the party.Once the party has been prepaid – 3 days in advance – no changes to the party schedule will be made. Including, NO add-on services during the party! Add-ons include French polish, scrub, mask, paraffin, nail art, and nail repair.Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before services are scheduled to begin. Our services are scheduled back-to-back, with no room for tardiness. To stay on schedule, we will have to abbreviate the services of those guests who are late, and the host will not be refunded the costs of the abbreviated services. If a guest is a “no show” for the party, the host will NOT be refunded the prepaid cost of the service.Kashmir is not responsible for any injuries and all party goers are responsible for informing their technician of any cuts, bruisers, health concerns, etc. before the start of their service.
